Abstract
Epilepsy is one of the most common chronic neurologic diseases and the abrupt and transient disorder of the central nervous system during the process of various diseases or resulted from them. It is the only symptom rather than a disease. In temporal lobe epilepsy that is known to be the psychomotor seizere, various behavior-al changes and psychiatric symptoms are observed and therefore, the researches about the relationships with epilepsy and the psychiatric diseases have been a lot. We experienced a epileptic patient with thought changes including circumstantiality and religious preoccupation, affective instability and interpersonal ¢¥clinging and report the case with brief review of literature.
